MG73 Series of High-precision Horizontal Spindle Round Table Surface Grinding Machine

MG7340/1 high-precision horizontal spindle round table surface grinder is a surface grinder that uses the circumference of the grinding wheel for grinding, and is used to process planes with high requirements for parallelism and surface finish. Machining φ 400mm plane can reach flatness 3 μ,  roughness Ra 0.1. Since the worktable can tilt around the horizontal axis by ±10°, it can grind the inner and outer conical surfaces.

The hydraulic system is equipped with a stroke control box, and the shaking valve is used to improve the reversing accuracy. The table position reset accuracy is within 0.10mm when table travel keeps same speed, which can meet the requirements of grinding disc parts with bosses.

The machine tool is equipped with automatic feeding and zero position automatic stop feeding systems. The operator can preselect according to needs. It reduces the labor intensity of operation, and can realize multi machine tool management. It is suitable for machining precision bearings, precision measuring tools and precision cutters.

This machine tool is applicable to the product workshop or tool workshop of automobile factory, bearing factory, engine factory, tool and measuring tool factory, precision instrument factory and general machinery factory to process disc shaped precision parts.
